Jose is survived by his wife Inez Cruz; children, Magda Rivas, Adan Rivas, Damian Rivas, Santigo Cruz, and Andres Rivas Cruz; brothers, Jerry and Tony Rivas; sisters, Gloria and Chiqui Rivas; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
