Jose “Quitoy” C. Aniciete, 83, died Saturday, January 1, 2022. Preceded in death by his parents, Froilan and Concordia Aniciete; siblings, Consorcia (and husband, Roman) Venasquez, Benjamin (and wife, Albina) Aniciete, Francisco (and wife, Tomasa) Aniciete, Luciano (and wife, Francisca) Aniciete, Anisia (and husband, Tila) Pili, Bernardo (and wife, Julita) Aniciete, Leuteria (and husband, Pablo) Gutierrez, Martha (and husband, Silverio) Romero; son-in-law, Primitivo Javier. Survived by his wife, Melodia Aniciete; children, Arlene (Noel) Pagcu, Angie (Edgar) Javier-Calma, Arnold (Ruth) Aniciete, Abner (Mirriam) Aniciete, Ajeriah (Dinesh) Khakurel; grandchildren, Niel, Carlo, Janina, Geniah, Christopher, Krystle, Emmanuel, Katrina, Aldron Josh, Maybel, Joseph, Prince, Alexandra, Aryanna, Deniah; great-grandchildren, Arleah, Phoenix, Khione, Caira, Calli. Tatang Quitoy will always be remembered as a great friend/uncle/ brother…an outstanding father… a wonderful husband…a man with a golden heart and a good soul. He brought so much love and joy to others. He touched and changed so many lives. He has fulfilled one of man’s glorious tasks on earth - to do good deeds - and he did it in abundance… and that will be imprinted in the hearts of many… forever. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Downing and Lahey East Mortuary. *Due to covid, family requests that all attendees wear masks, and that anyone not fully vaccinated, or showing symptoms of COVID, remember Tatang in the comfort of your home (service can be viewed by clicking “Watch Event” below).
