Joseph David Fields, 87, Phoenix Supply Co-Founder, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, May 11, 2018, at East Evangelical Free Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Carry Fields; 4 brothers; 1 sister. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Norma Fields of Wichita; sons, Greg (Lily) Fields of Denver, CO, Scott (Joy) Fields of Kingwood, TX, Rex (Gina) Fields of Quitman, AR; daughters, Dana (Darren) Swink, Dawn (Shawn) Juby, both of Wichita; sister, May Reith of Woodward, OK; grandchildren, Charlotte, Clayton, Tyler, Austin, Jillian, Katie, Kenzie; several step-grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter arriving in August.
