Jesus Vizcarra; mother, Celina Bedoy Arambula, both of Wichita; brother, Ernesto Vizcarra of Kansas City, MO; sister, Elizabeth Vizcarra Bedoy. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
