Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
I would like Ken’s family and friends to know that I have known Ken and had contact with him off and on for 40 years. I was his orignal Broker and trained him in the business and have always told people that ‘Ken Garret was the best salesman I ever had’ He was a pretty good producer, but mainly he was always reasonable and fair to myself, the other salesmen, buyers, sellers, and the people around him. I always thought he was the ideal combination of quiet assertiveness together with reason and consideration of others. With him, I never had to worry about honesty with the public. He generally was held in high esteem by many people in the business. When I ‘retired’ and was considering Brokers to put my license with, I was thinking of who could give me the best balanced judgement and advice and Ken was one of the two people I talked to. (Carmen Pate was the other). I’ll miss seeing Ken at the picnics, etc.–he was really a person that could be respected.
Ken helped us find our current home several years ago, and we were proud to not only call him our real estate agent, but also our friend. He will be missed by many.
To the Family of Ken Garrett: Joan and I wish you wonderful memories and much peace during this difficult time. Ken helped us locate and purchase the house that we live in today. We have been here since 1993. We found Ken to be both professional and a fair man. He always sent a calendar to us at Christmas time…..just to remind us that he was still in the business. God Bless Ken and all of You, Stan and Joan Stallbaumer
Rest Kenneth, until you hear at dawn, the low, clear reveille of God. Thank you for your service to this nation. U.S. Army.
