Kit Paul Buster Sanchez

Kit Paul “Buster” Sanchez 67, died Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Rosary, 9:30 a.m; Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., both Monday, June 4 at St. Patricks Catholic Church. Graveside Service, with military honors, 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 6 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Buster was a U.S. Marine Vietnam War veteran and served in the National Guard until 2004. He played Mexican League Softball, graduated from North High in 1968 and was a WSU Honors Graduate with degrees in Administration of Justice and Minority Studies. He was a former Director at American Red Cross and SER Corporation. Preceded in death by parents, Paul and Kittie. Survivors: wife, Carol; son, Paul “Homer”; daughters, Jessica (Alberto) Portillo and Jennifer Sanchez all of Wichita; grandchildren, Liliana, Andrew, Aniela, Adrian and Ronald; sisters, Paula Garcia, Sherry Ramirez, Linda Spurrier, Cecilia Sanchez and Nancy Sanchez.
