Guestbook

  1. While we do not know the family well, as neighbors as well as members of Westlink Christian Church, we wish to extend our deepest sympathies. Please know that you are all in our prayers. Bill, Sandy, Colt, Val Bequette

  2. Tamme & family, My prayers and thoughts are with you always. I wish I could be there to help you through this trying time. I will keep all of you close to my heart. Love you dearly… Brandi

  3. Tamme,Russ and family, We took care of Konley when he was just a little squirt, newly diagnosed. He was a joy, a sparkle in everyones lives, and a fighter. You have been through much, lean on those around you, and know there are many of us who hold you in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you all

  4. Dear Russ and Jennifer; Tamme and John; Kassade and Keyton, We just read about Konley on Erica Anderson’s face book. Our hearts are breaking. What a gift this child was to our world. We are praying for all of you. Love, CG, Ann, Ava and Tim Clayton

  5. Dear Tamme & John, I’m Josh Lewis’s mom, Nancy. I just want you both to know how very, very sorry we are for your loss. Josh has shared so much with us about Konley. He just thinks so much of your family, he feels truly blessed to have known Konley. He told us the other night that he was so concerned about you all, he said he was so taken by the love, dedication, time, you all put in as a family to care for Konley. We all know now that Konley is much better off, but that emptiness of losing a child is so unfair for any parent to endure. Please know that we are here for you. Josh will be there for Keaton..always. Your family will be in our prayers, and again…we are just so very sorry for your loss. The Good Lord will see you through this..time does heal. You are a remarkable family. Sincerely, The Lewis’s

  6. Konley was such a wonderful kid; we will all miss him. We can take comfort knowing he is with the angels now and is in heaven which is our ultimate goal. Many prayers were sent for Konley in our bible study group where one man just called him a sprinter… he reached heaven before the rest of us. Our prayers are with the family. What a blessing his suffering is over. The Pray-Woodman family is here for all of you if you need anything, just let us know.

  7. Konley was in my AWANA verse group and was a true source of Gods light to our group and others. Kids like Konley are what made helping out with AWANA such a great joy.

  8. I wanted to express my deep sadness in your loss of Konley. I can’t say I know what you are going through because I do not, but I want you to know that Konley touched so many including me. I will always think of him in church with his hands up praising Jesus. He made me want to be a better person!

  9. As a long-time friend of Sherrie’s, I have faithfully followed the updates on Konley; prayed for him and his family. I realize the pain of your loss and know the Lord is holding him now.

  10. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. With Sympathy, The Evert Family (Long time friends of Shalae, Corban, Kylie, Jonah, and Emme.)

  11. I am a classmate and long time friend of Sherrie Velvick, Thomas, Brown and have watched the sadness of the family. I send my deep sympathies. I realize that is what everyone says– but when a child dies before his or her time it is so hard on the entire extended family. God bless and keep each and every one of you.Charles I am thinking of you at this time as well as I have been Sherrie and Shanna and Jay and Jackie and Mike whom I have known.Your family has witnessed to Christian love and patience.Again so sorry for you loss. What I am most sorry for however is that Konley ever had to go through fighting that dreadful disease.

  12. Konley was a fantastic boy. He had a great sense of humor and was always quick with a smile and a hug. He used to say ‘I might as well give Miss Terry a hug, she’ll ask for one anyway.’ I will always treasure the times we had in the office together (even stepping over him and his backpack), especially going to the varsity basketball games together. Even the tough times, talking with him about his illness, are moments I will remember. I know we don’t understand the big picture and I know he is in a wonderful place, but he will leave a hole in so many hearts. Praying for God’s comfort and peace to surround you and your whole family in such a real way that you will look back and know it was God’s miracle for you. Tamme – you are like a sister to me and the 5 years we worked together were great. I miss you and I hope I can be there for you in the future in some small way. Love you all, Terry
