Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Mary Lou, I’m very sorry to hear the sad news. I remember that you told be that Darcen was your best friend. Remember that I’m praying for you and your family. Dan

  2. Dear Mary, DaLane, and Kylee, I am so sorry and saddened by your loss. It doesn’t seem fair for this world to lose such a nice man. I haven’t seen the family in some time, but I have great childhood memories of Darce. I always thought it was sooo cool when he played the guitar! And how he magically opened my mom’s station wagon with his own key! You are all in my thoughts and prayers everyday. I hope you can find yourself smiling in the thought of all your great memories together. All of my love to you. Take care. Sincerely, Courtney Greenlee

  3. Mary and girls, We are saddened to have read about Darc in the paper. If there is anything we can do from the old,old neighborhood let us know. We enjoyed you as neighbors way back when. We have fond memories of you all. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Kay & Mark Gormley

  4. I worked with Darcen at Boeing as a fellow buyer. He was most kind, helpful and friendly to me. I know that there are no words to ease your sorrow at his passing, but I wish, just for a moment, we could set aside this reality and pretend that there are words which would soothe you, and perhaps then we could pretend that I have just said them to you. Many people will miss this man. He was my friend.

  5. Mary, DaLane, and Kylie, All four of you have been part of our family most of my adult life. We have shared many happy memories and supported each other through the challenges. Darce was a fortunate man to have his ‘girls’ and what a wonderful man to have as a husband and dad. Cherish those memories and know that someday you will be reunited with Darcen. I love you all.

  6. As a friend of the family, I learned to know Darcy in Moundridge and KSU. What a nice friendly gentleman. He will be missed. Mary, children, Brad and Susan, Art and Elaine, and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

  7. I would just like your family to know that I’m holding you up in my prayers. I know that God will get you through this.

  8. Dear Krehbiel Family, I’m saddened to hear of your loss. Your family was especially generous to me the summer of 2007. Your generosity and hospitality is a defining characteristic of your family. I appreciate and admire that. Darce touched many people. You will be in my thoughts and prayers in the weeks and months ahead. Michael Brom Parker, CO

  9. I have worked around Darce for many years and always found him to be so helpful and went the extra mile to find out information to help me do my job. He always had a smile on his face and was very kind and softspoken. He was a example of the kind of employee most of us would like to be. I will miss him alot.

  10. Dear Krehbiel Family- I was shocked to read of your loved one’s passing in the paper today. I knew ‘Darcy’ mainly from high school in Moundridge as my Biology lab partner, football team mate, honor roll student, Student Council President, Prince Charming, National Honor Society, and on and on. But mainly, I knew him as a sweet, sweet guy that absolutely everyone liked–and for good reason. It must feel like a huge loss. My thoughts and prayers are you all.

  11. So very sorry about your loss. Susan is out of town but we wanted to express our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Will always have fond memories of the 4-H days. You all will be in our prayers

  12. Mary Lou, I was shocked to see Darcen’s death in the paper this morning. I can begin to imagine what you are going through, as it hasn’t been too long ago I had to work through the same loss. Please call me, anytime, if you need to talk or just need to cry on a shoulder that understands. God will see you through, but the tasks are not easy. All my love, Karen Lowery

  13. Mary and Family, It was a pleasure working with Darcen and I will miss him.I have worked with him for the past 11 years and he was so nice and professional .I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

  14. Mary and Family, I work at PPG Aerospace and worked with Darcen for the past year and a half. He was such a blessing to talk to and was always nice to us here even if something was urgent or going wrong. I just wanted to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

  15. Mary, DaLane, Kylee, and family, I am so deeply saddened about your loss and I wish you all the best, for you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I will be there as soon as I can and please let me know if there is anything that I can do at any time. I love you all and hope to see you soon. Love, Kyle Fox
