Survivors: husband, Mohinder P. Chawla; sons, Ajay (Angela C. Loh) Chawla, Menlo Park, CA, and Ashish (Seema Baranwal) Chawla, Cleveland, OH; brother, Jai K. Nayar, Chapel Hill, NC; sister, Sudershan Puri, Delhi, India; Three grandchildren; Maya, Madeleine and Sachin.
