Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 AM, Monday, July 20, 2015, at St. Leo Catholic Church, St. Leo, KS. Preceded in death by wives, Betty Jane Spade and Roselma Spade. Survived by children, Stan Edmunds (Susan), Wichita, Mary Jane Blitz (Tim), Haven, KS, Mark Spade (Yvonne), San Antonio, TX, John Spade, Folsom, CA; grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacy, Seth, Mary Rose, Ned, Vincent, Joe, Daniel Timothy; 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Howard Eugene Spade, Santa Maria, CA.
