Diaz, Manuel, 91, World War II veteran, died Sunday, November 18, 2012. Rosary will be 8:00 P.M., Friday, November 23, 2012 and Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 24, 2012, both at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Manuel was preceded in death by his brothers, Brady, Tex, Tony and Mike, and sisters, Innocent Mitchell, Victoria Torres, and Eva Clanton. He is survived by: wife, Mary; children, Gerald Diaz of Wichita, Donald Diaz of Wichita, Darryl Diaz of Wichita, James (Roberta) Diaz of Kansas City, MO, Ralph Diaz of Manhattan, KS, Eddie (Tracy) Diaz of Wichita, Annette (Rickey) Oberlechner of Wichita; sisters, Marcella Blalock of Hesperia, CA, Andrea Martinez of Wichita, Mary Martinez of Wichita; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
