Survived by her son Mark L. Carter (Sandy) of Wichita, Grandchildren; Jason (Stephanie) Circle of Ottawa, KS, Bradley (Kristy) Wass of Shawnee, KS, Great-Grandchildren; Justin, Shane and Rylen. Visitation from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday October 3, 2017 at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary, 6555 East Central Avenue.
