Marguerite Marge Finn

Marguerite “Marge” Finn, 89, passed away on March 22, 2016 having lived a long and, some say "miraculous" life. Marge was born on April 8, 1926 in Creighton, NE. Preceded in death by her parents, Mary & LeRoy Ward; brothers, Francis and Leland Ward; and granddaughter, Hiedi Finn. Marge is survived by John, her husband of 68 years; her sister, Mary Ann Allen (Jack); as well as her 6 children, Bob Finn (Kay), Judy Sullivan (Ed), Jeanne Munsell (Bruce), JoAnne Finn, Don Finn (Cathie), Joyce Bartosewcz (Bart). Additionally, she was blessed with and survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 3 more on the way. Marges hobbies included playing golf, gin rummy and bridge with her many friends. But her favorite hobby was shopping for her extensive family, which she enjoyed spoiling on birthdays, anniversaries and especially Christmas. Funeral services will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1321 N. Stratford, Wichita, Kansas, where she and John were founding members. Rosary, 5 pm Sunday, March 27, 2016 and Funeral Mass 10:30 am Monday, March 28, 2016. Memorials have been established with Guadalupe Clinic, 940 South St. Francis, Wichita KS 67211; and Wichita Childrens Home, 7271 East 37th St North, Wichita KS 67226.
