Marian E. (Lauder) Malsky

Marian E. (Lauder) Malsky, 96, died Wednesday, May 5, 2021. She was born June 22, 1924 in Mileses, New York. Marian served in the Women's Army Air Corps from July 1944 through June 1947 as a Sergeant. During her time in the Army Air Corps she served as a crew chief, engineer, and airplane and engine mechanic. Marian will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery at a future date. Preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Malsky; daughter, Marian L. Malsky; brothers, Warren, Al, and Frederic Lauder; sister, Louise Ryan. Survived by her son, Walter C. (Virginia L.) Malsky of Wichita; one grandchild; four great-grandchildren. A memorial has been established with: Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
