Marie E. Marx, 95, accountant and member of Daughters of Isabella, Altar Society, and Choir at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, died Thursday, September 1, 2016. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am, Thursday, September 8, 2016 both at St, Joseph Catholic Church in Ost, Kansas. Marie was born February 12, 1921 in Garden Plain, Kansas to Peter and Elizabeth May (Stuhlsatz) Preceded by her parents; husband, Roger Marx; sisters, Elizabeth Bergkamp, Sister Florence May ASC, Clara Holder; brothers, Jacob, Aloysius, Nicholas, Carl, Peter and Francis May. Survived by sister-in-law, Vera May and numerous nieces and nephews.
