Marilyn Diane Stanfield

Marilyn Stanfield, 75, born February 9, 1947, to Evelyn (Smith) and Carl Copeland, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023. Marilyn was a graduate of North High, received her teaching degree from Emporia State University and her master’s degree at Wichita State University. She taught English, German and Special Education in Chicago, McPherson and Wichita. Marilyn loved working with her hands in sewing, making jewelry, working with clay and stain glass. Marilyn is survived by her husband, Gerald Stanfield. Graveside Services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, February 13, 2023, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Downing & Lahey West Mortuary.
