Mark L. Humphries

July 18, 1958 ~ December 29, 2020
On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, Mark L. Humphries, loving husband and father to a blended family of four, passed away at the age of 62 surrounded by loved ones.
Mark was born on July 18, 1958, in Wichita Kansas, to Helen and Ralph Humphries. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and generous spirit. Mark had many passions, some of which include: traveling, watching Chiefs football, but most of all, spending time with his family. Mark was a kind and loving partner to his wife Keisha, as well as an amazing father and grandfather. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Mark. He loved date nights with his wife, Sunday family dinners, and being a Papaw to his four grandchildren.
His knack for numbers and words, and his sincerity and genuine concern for others endeared him to many. It also brought him great success in his career. Mark was a valued and loyal employee at the Cancer Center of Kansas for over 29 years.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Ralph Humphries; brother, Roger Humphries. Mark is survived by his wife, Keisha; his four daughters, Kristen Humphries, Michelle (Dan) Styles, Leigh (Clayton) McKenna, and Megan Roser; sister, Linda (Arlen) Roberson of Wichita; and brother, Allan (Julie) Humphries of Meridian, ID; grandchildren, Jackson and Reed Styles, Addiysn and Carson McKenna, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. All held him in the highest regard and loved him dearly.

Keisha and family I wanted to share my condolences with you. The picture of him with that smile is exactly how I remember him. I think I can still hear his chuckle.
I offer my most sincere condolences to Keisha and the family at this very difficult time of loss. I’m praying for your strength, comfort and peace!
