Martha Lynne Maloney
80, retired owner of Clarks Uniform Company, passed away July 1, 2018. Martha Lynne was born on November 20, 1937 in Wichita, Kansas, to Martha (OBrien) Budd and Roy Budd. She graduated from North High School and then Wichita State University with an English degree. She taught English at South High from 1960 to 1962, raised a family, and joined her husband in the business operations of Clarks Uniform from 1973 until 2003 when she retired. Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Roy Lee, and his wife, Deanna, and husband of 53 years, Robert. Survivors: brother, Brien (Leoan); three sons, Mark (Denise), Shawn (Deanne) and Patrick; six grandchildren, Megan, Nicholas, Katelynn, Maggie, Bridget and Connor. Visitation, 7-9 p.m., Thursday, July 5, Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Service, 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 6, Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 8021 W. 21st Street N., Wichita, KS. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.
