Martha Marty Ottaway

Martha "Marty" Ottaway, 76, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, former owner and operator of Joyland Amusement Park and co-owner of Carousel Skate Center, passed away July 6, 2017. Marty was an avid Music Theatre of Wichita enthusiast and she loved traveling to New York City and attending musicals. Her memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 13 at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Preceded in death by parents, Carl and Lois Hall; brother, Steve Hall. Survivors: husband, Jerry Ottaway; sister, Barb Guimond (Don); son, Scott Ottaway; grandchildren, Angela Dooling (Brett), Austin Ottaway all of Wichita, Aubrey Ottaway of Olathe; great-grandchildren, Paisley Ottaway, Carolina, Laci, Madison and Kai Dooling.
