  2. I was saddened to hear of Marvin Dreilings passing. I knew Marvin Dreiling as my supervisor when I worked for Saunders Truck Leasing and as the father of one of my best friends in high school and college. He had a remarkable work ethic and strove to instill that same ethic in the people he supervised. He never asked anyone to do any task that he wouldnt do himself. Indeed, he routinely saved the most challenging and dangerous jobs for himself. I think he grew up in tough circumstances in which he saw co-workers maimed or lose their lives. He took extraordinary measures to ensure the safety of those he supervised. With all of his talents, he was willing to learn from others. I have had no supervisor which I held in greater respect. As a father, he took great pride in the accomplishments of his children. It seemed he was always crafting something for their hobbies or interests. He had a very positive influence on the lives of so many. I will always remember the positive influence he had on my life. Mike Morgan
