A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, October 23, 2012, 10:30 A.M., Larksfield Place Auditorium, 7373 E. 29th N. Wichita, KS. Preceded in death by husband, Earl E. Certain, Sr., brother, Robert Banker. Survived by son Earl E.
