Willis, Maynard “Chuck”, 73, died Thursday, April 23, 2009. Survived by his wife of 49 years, Doris, and son, Michael Willis. Chuck was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on October 22, 1935 to Maynard and Gladys Willis. Before retiring in 1998 to pursue his love of aviation, he was the owner and operator of a Dairy Queen Brazier restaurant for 25 years. Memorial services celebrating Chucks life will be held April 28, 2009 at 2:30pm at Asbury United Methodist Church, 2801 W. 15th, Wichita, KS 67203. Memorials established with Asbury United Methodist Church and Alzheimers Association.
