Mr. Mason changed my life for the better. I hope to see him again.
I can’t count the number of times I would see Mike sailing his boat at Cheney Lake, with a full crew of his students. What a mentor: extending to those young people the lessons not learned in school.
Classmate and friend, Memorial Highschool, 1962. Mike was fortunate to share a lifetime with fellow classmate Rochelle. I am grateful that he found his lifetime passion in teaching to the benefit of generations of students. Bob Pearce
Mike was a classmate and good friend to my husband and Best Man at our wedding. Our deepest condolences to the Mason family.

He was the best. He didn’t just teach English, he taught us how to be better people. I cherish every moment I ever had in his classroom!
