Mike was true manager at Boeing. He would let you do your job, and if you had a problem, he would get it fixed. I am very happy to have known him. (He was a much better person too, after he got his c-pap machine.) lol. He had some good stories to tell. He will really be missed.
I met Mike in 1994 on the 747 Commercial Freighter Program. As a supervisor, he was one of the great ones. I also am very saddened to hear of his passing and our prayers are with him and his family. Don Carey

Mike is and was one of the good guys! He came up thru the ranks and knew how things worked and the people that could work them.A great person to be around and a pleasure to work with.Truly a friend and one of the last ‘Good Guys’.
We so enjoyed Mike. My husband Todd first encountered Mike at Boeing around 17 years ago. Mike was a good and fair boss and a good friend. Since Boeing we would see Mike at Village Inn and we had a good time seeing who would pick up the check. We know that he loved his family very much and adored his grand-daughter. Our prayers are with you at this time. Mike will be missed.
Linda, I was so sad to hear about Mike. He will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the girls. May your memories be of comfort to you.
My husband and I had the privilege of having Mike and his family for neighbors. Mike was the kind of person anyone would hope for as neighbor. He was always willing to help and was the dutiful watcher over the cul-de-sac. We will greatly miss seeing Mike’s smile and wave from across the street and visiting with him about the latest neighborhood news. He was a great man with a big heart who loved his family dearly. Linda, Whitney and Kylee, may God bless you and watch over you during this difficult time. You are in our prayers.
I worked with Mike on a few projects when the BAS Division was still at Wichita. His optimism and tenacity while battling his health problems were admirable. He’s been missed out here. May God strengthen you all in the days ahead to face your loss.
Mike was one of the best friends I have ever had the privilege of knowing, he will be greatly missed. We worked E4B program, he was always there to help me, even when I didn’t need it. May GOD have mercy on his soul and may GOD Bless him.
