Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Nancy Believe it or not, I have kept in touch with your mother while she worked at Easton’s. I will always remember what a great host she was during all the time we spent at your house during the junior high days. My sympathies to your and your family for this great loss. I’ll be thinking of you and your family. I would love to see you again.
I remember ‘Mrs. Beck’ during the summers of swimming at the ‘Spring Acres’ house. I felt honored to mow the lawn on the lawn tractor in exchange for endless summers of swimming. I was probably 8 or 9 and I remember her inviting me into the nicely airconditioned home for a tall glass of lemonade and peanut butter sandwiches. Looking back now, she didn’t even have any young children or grandchildren at the time. But she always had the lemonade…. Later, I remember her coming to Christmas Eve at dad’s house a few years. When I got my first job as a lawyer in 1990, I went to Easton’s to suit up. There was Mrs. Beck. She fitted me in two suits and gave them both to me for the price of one. Great lady…thanks for sharing her with the Hesses.
