Naomi Jane Kice

Kice, Naomi Jane (Dixon), 95, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, September 12, 2014. Visitation with the Family will be from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Memorial Service will be at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at Central Christian Church Chapel. She was born December 9, 1918 in Wichita, Kansas. Naomi was a devoted Christian wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. What a wonderful testimony her life has been to her family and friends. She will be greatly missed, until we see her again in Heaven. Naomi was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Kice; parents, James G. and Lena M. Dixon; son JD Kice; brother, James Dixon; sister, Ruth Blythe. She is survived by her children, Bill (Barbara) Kice, of Wichita, Bob (Charla) Kice, of Wichita, Tom (Jo) Kice, of Wichita, Marilyn (Gene) Applequist, Grand Lake, CO; daughter-in-law, Candace Kice, of Benton; sisters, Kathleen Adams, of Austin, TX, Rebecca Winkel, of Denver, CO, Margaret Logan, of Wichita; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Faith Mappings, Inc, 8777 Westwind Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO, 80126, and Young Life, 6505 East Central, S-318, Wichita, Kansas, 67206.
