James, Neecee Marie Payne, 23, beloved daughter, passed away Monday, June 28, 2010. A Celebration of her life will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 6, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Preceded in death by sister, Amanda, Suzy and Grace. Survivors: mothers, Carolyn James of the home and Tammy Lewis and step-dad, Leroy Lewis of South Carolina; sisters, Shasta James, Teri James and Brianna Parker; brothers, David James, Alex James, Derek James and Zachary James; grandmother, Patricia James of Kodac, TN; loving caregivers, Eileen Bannister, Tammy Wickcliff and Ronald Crook. Memorials have been established with ARC of Sedgwick County, 2919 W. 2nd, Wichita, and Rainbows United, 340 S. Broadway, Wichita, 67202.
