Fleming, Nicholas W., 30, firefighter, passed away, Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Visitation with the family will be 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M., Sunday, June 14, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Service 1:00 P.M., Monday, June 15, Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by brother, Todd Fleming. Survivors: parents, Terry and Karen Fleming of Andover; daughter, Madelyn Fleming; brothers, Newel Fleming (Melanie) of Wichita and Terry Lee Fleming, II (Kristi) of Omaha, NE; 4 nephews; 2 nieces. A trust has been established in Madelyns name with Andover State Bank, 511 N. Andover Rd., Andover, KS, 67002.
Visitation with the family will be 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M., Sunday, June 14, Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
