Norma Runge, 90, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 am, Monday, June 27, 2016, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Frances Fox; husband, Ortwin Runge. Survived by her sons, Martin (Melanie) Runge of Wichita, KS, Roger Runge of Oklahoma City, OK, Allan (Jeff Cole) Runge of Washington, D.C., Tom (Lori) Runge of Noble, OK; brother, Dale Fox of Haysville, KS; twin sister, Wanda Kissick of Frisco, TX; grandchildren, Kelea and Rylee Runge, Kris and Bryan Kelly; 6 great-grandchildren. A memorial has been established with Lutheran Braille Workers, P.O. Box 5000, Yucaipa, CA 92399. Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
