It is with heavy hearts that the family of Olivia Woodard announces her passing on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the age of 15. Born July 2nd, 2010, in Wichita, Kansas. Olivia filled our lives with love from the moment she came into the world.
Even though she was born with spina bifida she never let it define or stop her from doing what she loved. Olivia accomplished a lot in her short lifetime. She was Litte Miss Wheelchair 2023. She participated in Wichita Adaptive Sports competing in track and enjoyed their summer tennis program. Olivia also enjoyed swimming, baking, doing her make-up and spending time with her friends and family. Most of all, she had an amazing smile and a contagious personality. Her sense of humor and beautiful laugh made Olivia easy to love.
Olivia’s memory will be forever cherished by her parents, Scott and Cheryl Woodard; sisters, Morgan, Emma; brother, Matthew; parental grandparents, Mike and Dianna Woodard; maternal grandparents, Steve and Mary Albers; parental great grandmother, Georgia Woodard; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Olivia was a student of mine at EMS. She was an amazing person. Each year we ran the mile in PE. Her family brought her racing wheel chair so she could do her best on the day we ran the mile. The girls ran beside her to encourage her. It is with great sadness to hear of her
passing. Olivia I will always cherish your effort and will always remember your her sense of humor..

Olivia touched the lives of everyone she met. I saw it firsthand for years at Holy Spirit Catholic School. We were both sad to leave the same year, knowing we would no longer see each other every day. We didn’t do the best job staying in touch, but I was blessed to see her crowned Little Miss Wheelchair 2023. I was always proud of Olivia, but her greatest accomplishment was the way she lived—fully, joyfully, and without complaint—showing all of us how to embrace the life we are given. What an honor it was to know and love her.
Love to Scott, Cheryl, Morgan, Matthew, and Emma. Thank you for sharing the gift that she was.
With love,
Kelly Bright
Olivia was a student of mine at EHS. Being her nurse I had the privilege of seeing her several times a day and really getting to know her. We would chat about birthday dinners at Chipotle, painting her room, phone calls with her sister and singing along together to country music. I miss her greatly. Her smile always brightened my day. She is loved and very much missed. Prayers for her family.
Praying for your family during this incredibly difficult time. Praying for peace, comfort, and strength.
My heart is breaking for your family. Prayers of comfort for all your family. Big hugs Cheryl!

Scott and Cheryl,
We are so very sorry for the loss of Olivia. Keeping you and your whole family in our thoughts and prayers.
Olivia was in my class at Discovery. At the end of sixth grade, we made word clouds filled with affirmations and favorite memories. When reflecting on their year with Olivia, these are the words that her classmates shared: patient, helpful, respectful, smart, polite, caring, girly, perceptive, responsible, compassionate, and unstoppable. The phrase in her cloud that received the highest number of responses was “kind to everyone.” I always enjoyed talking to Olivia about her friendships, her family, the latest makeup trends that she was trying out, and our mutual love of all things pink. Olivia’s quick wit and kind heart were gifts to our classroom. She was dearly loved and will be missed.
The wave and smile she gave as we drove by when she was outside always brightened my day.
Our sincere sympathy and prayers are with you.. We eill continue to pray for you for strength and peace… Rgibking of you with love, Ted and Pat Neises
Olivia was a beautiful young lady, inside and out. I was terribly sad to hear of her passing. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her as one of her paras at Eisenhower Middle School. She could get along with any students she sat near or worked with. She was well liked by her classmates as well. ❤️
Fly high little angel. 🙏
