Austin, Opal M. (Lawson), 81, retired loan officer for Interstate Securities, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007. Service 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27 at Downing Lahey East Chapel. Graveside service 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28 at Salem Cemetery, Cliquot, MO. Mrs. Austin is a past Kansas President for the Credit Women International Organization. Survivors: sons, Terry (Glenda) Austin of Las Vegas, NV and Charles (Shirley) Austin of Wichita; grandchildren, Glenn, Michelle and Jarrett; 7 great grandchildren.
