Palacio, Theodora “Teddy”, 85, loving wife, mother and grandmother, retired St. Francis Hospital food service employee, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011. Rosary 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 9 with Funeral Mass, 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 10, both at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Preceded in death by husband, Eusebio, parents, Julian and Luz Lopez, sons, Louis, Jimmy and Patrick, sisters, Victoria Orsbon and Salome Lopez. Survivors: sons, Michael A. Palacio (Leslie) and Ralph E. Palacio (Patty), both of Wichita; sisters, Maria Mendoza, Dolores Kennard, Esther Addison, Maria Elena Florez and Irene Arellano, all of Wichita; brothers, Julian Lopez and Jesse Lopez, both of Wichita; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.

I have many fond memories of our time together at Aunt and Uncle’s house. Your mom was always so kind to all of us. She had a great smile, a good sense of humor and she had a lot of love for her family and God. We will miss her dearly. All our love to the family. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
