  5. I am so sorry for your loss. You have all my sympathy. Your mom was a good friend from high school on. We graduated from high school and both went on to Kansas State. Then she was a bridesmaid in our wedding. With our moving around we lost contact with one another. Then about five years ago, she, Tanya Channell and I reconnected. They came to visit us in California and I joined them both at Tanya’s the next year. We had time to share what had occurred over the years and filled each other in on our families. I know how proud she was of all of you. I will always treasure the times we were able to spend together. Patty will be greatly missed. It certainly leaves a hole in my life.

  6. I’m so sorry to hear of Mrs. Reid’s passing. She was an outstanding Girl Scout leader of mine for several years. I’ll always be grateful for her kindness and encouraging words during my childhood. I have so many fond memories due to her leadership and scouting. May she rest in peace.
