Patricia R. Erdman

Patricia "Pat" R. Erdman, retired Registered Nurse, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021, at the age of 91. Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Joseph; sister, Carmen Breen, and brother, Jack Matthew. She leaves behind 4 children: Joseph Erdman II, Jeffrey Erdman (Peggy), Trish Reid (Keith) and Nancy Dyer (Dan). There are 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, and too many to mention here who loved her dearly. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 a.m., March 15, 2021, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West Chapel, 10515 W. Maple, Wichita Kansas. The service will be live streamed at www.dlwichita.com. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202 and American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.

Wonderful service. I really remember her tapping her finger nails on the counter saying “don’t piss me off” At Joe’s funereal she remembered she used to say “I say a prayer every night before I go to bed that you get fat” Lots of great memories.
