Guestbook

  1. Paul was my best friend during our high school years in Casper, Wyoming. We were tennis fanatics, even playing in the winter after shoveling off the courts. I moved to the Seattle area after high school and Paul went in the army. We lost touch with each other for the next 48 years. Luckily we reconnected and over the last 6 or 7 years we went on a fishing trip in Montana, played tennis (again!) in Arizona, went to a Mariners game in Seattle, and attended our 50th high school reunion with each other in 2016. He was and always will be my best friend. Scott

  2. Farewell to a fellow member of the “Herd”. I served in the 4th Battalion, 503rd Airborne Infantry, 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vietnam. Once a paratrooper, always a paratrooper. A wonderful brotherhood of really special warriors. Rest in peace brother! “Grazing in the grass is such gas, can you dig it?” Mike Walker

  3. Rest Paul, until you hear at dawn, the low, clear reveille of God. Thank you for your service to this nation. U.S. Army, 173rd Airborne Brigade, Vietnam.

  4. I served with Paul in Vietnam. He was my squad leader and great friend. I was with him when he was wounded. I just found out about his passing and even after more than 50 years I felt a. Great sense of loss. I have always thought of him during baseball season because of all our conversations on that subject. I am sad to learn of his passing and will continue to think of him often. He was a great guy and a very brave American paratrooper. When I first remember him he was a machine gunner in our squad . I am very proud to have known him. Steve Colr
