Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Mark, Jackie, Alley and Max, I can’t tell you how much my heart hurts for all of you. If there is ANYTHING that my family can do to help you in the coming days, I hope you will let me know. Nicky is very concerned about Max as he knows how difficult it is to lose your Grandma. We will continue to keep you all in our prayers. Love, Mary, Ryan and Nicky Luebbert
My mother and Pearl were very close throughout the years. Pearl never forgot her birthday, Easter, Christmas or any holiday, and always sent her cards and letters. I am happy that I got to see her last year. She will be missed very much. My love to you all.
Remembering my days in 4-H, Purple Hearts Club, and the Wichita Gem & Mineral Society I picture myself with my grandmothers and Pearl. She always had a smile on her face and a warm, cheerful hug. We traipsed across much of Kansas together on the quest for the rare fossil or another specimen for our collections. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Linda, Mark and family you all are in my thoughts and prayers. If you find a little army man on Uncle Levi’s headstone, it is from my grandson Petyen. We stopped by on Memorial day.
Members of Pearl’s church in her hometown of Yates Center, KS remember Pearl fondly as a good friend. We were happy to have a chance to visit with her here over Memorial weekend. Our sympathy goes out to her family.
We will all miss you so much Pearl! But, we are all so glad that you are with Jesus and not bedfast for years and years. You are walking with Jesus and having a great time right now. I will never forget the way you prayed. Prayer always moved you to tears and I know that your prayers moved the heart of God. Thanks for being so special to all of us at The Benton UMC.
I don’t know a funny story. I just know I will miss Pearl very much. She has been there as long as I can remember–and with her goes a whole generation. I remember when she gave me a huge teddy bear; her wedding, when she walked down the staircase in a white satin gown; and the excitement when Linda, Dennis and Mark were born. I am so sorry I can’t be there for the funeral. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Pearl will always be remembered as a special jewel. She’s been a leader in FCE for numerious years and was wonderful at including others in the things she enjoyed. I want to honor Pearl by giving each of her FCE friends a tiny pearl to keep close at hand. My heart and prayers go out to all the family & friends who love this grand lady.
I am sorry for your loss. I will miss Aunt Pearl. When i was younger, she would cut my hair. After I got out of high school, I wanted her to but she wouldn’t. She said she was used to doing hairstyles for older ladies. Also, I remember when she was a 4-H leader. One year, she was a sponsor at 4-H camp at Rock Springs Ranch. Mary and I both went that year. We had fun. Mom and I joined FCE for awhile. That was always fun too. Once I went to one of the state meetings with Aunt Pearl. Love, Debbie
