Phyllis Ann (Stovall) Moore

Phyllis Ann (Stovall) Moore passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021. Phyllis was born on March 27, 1929 to Ray and Emma (Pehl) Stovall, in Nash, Oklahoma, grew up in the community and graduated high school in 1946. She married the love of her life, Paul Dean Moore, whom she had gone to school with, on June 27, 1948. They moved to Wichita, Kansas in 1952. She worked at Beech Aircraft for eleven years and then went to work at Wichita Technical Institute, where she stayed until she retired in 1994. Phyllis was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Dean Moore; her grandson, Cody Moore; her parents, three brothers and five sisters. She leaves behind their son, Rod (Beth) Moore; grandson, Josh Moore; granddaughter, Chelsie (Zack) Wheeler; and six beautiful great-grandchildren. A private family service will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Andover Community Food Bank, 1429 N. Andover Rd, Andover, KS 67002.
