  1. My heartfelt condolences to Randy’s family. I had the opportunity to work with Randy at the FHWA/FMCSA. A mentor to many and a true friend to all. My thoughts and prayers are with Randy’s family.

  2. I knew Randy through his work with the FMCSA, US DOT. No surprise that Randy was a wonderful person to work with and be around. His capable and witty personality was a joy to experience. My condolences to his family as I can’t fathom your loss. I do know all of us he briefly touched with his presence are uniquely better for having known Randy.
