Regena Luecinda Pinkerton

Regena Luecinda Pinkerton, born March 21, 1947, left this earthly realm on July 15, 2022, at the age of 75, after a series of illnesses, and is now peacefully reunited in spirit with her beloved husband, Lynn Walter “Bill” Pinkerton. Regena, or Jeanie – as she was known to many of her loved ones, enjoyed telling stories of living in many different places in her younger years, however she most loved settling into prairie life and enjoying family reunions at the place of her birth, Kingman, Kansas. Regena’s service in the community included a variety of diverse efforts, including religious, political, and educational volunteer work. Regena is survived by her four daughters: Bonnie, Judie, Mary, and Kate, and her twenty-four grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 10:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 401 N. Westlink Ave., Wichita, KS.
