Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
I knew Rene for a short time. He started my day with a smile. It’s hard to believe that he is no longer with us. I miss his mischief, his sense of humor, and his giving personality. He will always be remembered.
Dear Chaple Family, It was with great sadness that I learned of Rene’s passing. I worked with Rene for a number of years, his technical expertise and dedication to getting the problem solved was second to none. He bailed us out of computing system problems innmumerable times. But more important than that was his friendly, happy attitude that came across no matter what the circumstances. His wry sense of humor will be missed. His concern for fellow workers will be always be remembered. It is funny how you remember the last time you saw a friend. I was hurrying down a flight of stairs and snagged a shoe. A voice behind me said ‘Better slow her down Lonnie that has happened to me too.’ Little did I know this would be the last time we would speak but now his words carry a lot more meaning.
Dear Chaple family – I want to express my sympathy to you in the loss of Rene this week. I knew him for many years at Boeing and also here at Spirit AeroSystems. Our prayers are with you as you prepare for the funeral services on Friday. Please know that Rene was an outstanding worker and he will be missed my many who had the privilege of knowing him.
I worked with Rene for many years at Boeing Computer Services. He was a wonderful person to be around, because of his attitude and disposition. Rene always had a kind word no matter the circumstances. I can not and will not pretend to understand how you feel but I want to offer you my warm blessings and Gods love.
I worked with Rene for many years, the daily cheerfulnees and positive nature of Rene made the day and events seem less tedious. Rene left us way too soon, and will be missed. I know he’s at peace now, the memories and my daily thoughts will still have his presence within them.
I worked with Rene mostly over the phone for many years. He was in Wichita and I was in Renton in Washington State. I was always pleased to hear his mid-western accent on the phone and his cheerful disposition. I’m sorry I never got to talk to him after he retired. He left the company and I took another position in a different group. It reminds me that life is not measured in months and years, but moments.
