Reta Cornett Kamen, 86, Retired Travel Agent and life-long resident of Wichita, died Sunday, April 2, 2017. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, April 7, 2017, at Congregation Emanu-El. Reta was proud to be the first female president of Congregation Emanu-El and loved her Shocker basketball. Preceded in death by her daughters, , Kathy Boyle, Leesa Kamen; parents, James and Ruth Cornett. Survived by her daughters, Sherri (Keith) Alter of Wichita, KS, Victoria (Briggs) Sellers of Lake Mary, FL; grandchildren, Allison Alter, Adam (Laine) Alter, Brooke (Brian) Dunnigan, Korie Boyle, Taylor Sellers, Carly Sellers, Chris Kamen; great-granddaughter, Zoey Alter; great-grandson, Riley Alter.
