Richard E. “Doc” Lewis, 89, retired Right of Way Manager for KGE, died Monday, July 6, 2015. Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date. Preceded in death by his first wife, Christine Mantis. Survived by wife, Marcille; brother-in-law, Dean Mantis (Doris); sister-in-law, Mary Kaladikis; godchild, Christine Sparages; stepchildren, Karen Jordan and David Dikeman; several nieces and nephews.
