Richard Hill, 81, retired book store owner, died Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his parents, Merle Allen and Lucy Marie Hill. Survived by his wife, Mary Jo Hill; daughter, Dana (Dever C. Dailey, Jr.) Dailey; son, Jeffry Paul Hill; adopted son, Skyler Bryce Jessee; three grandson; three great grandchildren. A memorial has been established with: Robert J. Dole Veterans Administration Hospice 5500 E. Kellogg, Wichita, KS 67218.
