Richard J. Carpenter

Carpenter, Richard J., 71, owner of Carpenter and Associates, former teacher and coach, passed away Friday, January 9, 2015. Celebration of Life is 10:00 A.M., Monday, January 19, 2015, at Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by his four siblings. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann; children, Kimberly (Erin) Nicklaus, Jason (Ashley) Carpenter; siblings, Gus Carpenter, Jr., Cleta Scott, Yvonne Allen, Gerald Carpenter; grandchildren, Madeleine and Jackson Nicklaus, Grant Carpenter, and Caroline and Jack Fincham. Memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 South Market, Wichita, KS 67202. Downing and Lahey East Mortuary.
