Lewis; sister, Julie Ann DeMuth; family friend, Cindie L. Laubach; step-mother, Patricia Ann (Harold) DeMuth Bartel; step-brother, Paul (Kris) Luebke; nieces, Allison Luebke, Lyndsey Luebke; beloved feline companion, Darkstar Romeo DeMuth; friends, Gary of Appleton, WI, Karen Demerath.A memorial has been established with: American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Ste. 300, Rockville, MD 20852.Richard loved to tie-dye anything and everything. He loved crafting, woodworking, and caring for the neighborhood cats. In addition, he was an avid lover of the Grateful Dead.
