Preceded in death by his father, Ralph E. Bentley, Sr.; brothers, Ralph E Bentley, Jr., Scott J. Bentley; sister, Sandra Moreland. Survived by his mother, Rose Bentley-Polnicky; nephews, Zachary Gearhart, Steven Boyle, Jr.; numerous other relatives and friends.
