Robert Elwyn Burton, 74, died Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Rosary will be at 6:30 P.M., Sunday, March 6, 2016; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 7, 2016, both at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Graveside Service will follow at 2:30 P.M., at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Salina, KS. Preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen (Dodge) Burton; mother, Alys Parrent; step-father and adoptive father, William Parrent; father, Theodore Burton; elder brother, Jack Burton. Survived by his sons and their families, Blair, Mark (children, Danika, Evan, Maddie, Selma), Brad (wife, Jennifer; son, Graham), Michael (wife, Andrea; children, Jack, Catherine), Ryan (wife, Katie; children, Joachim, Isaac, Zeke, Ambrose, Kateri Marie); sisters, Susie Parrent, Linda Parrent, Jeanne Parrent-Cabrol; sister-in-law, JoAnn Burton. Robert was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at the University of Kansas. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Crisis Fund, 124 N.
