From the family of Bob Leverich: Family and Friends ❤️ We are so very blessed with the outpouring of love for my Dad. In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, we are going to proceed with my Dads funeral visitation this evening and funeral tomorrow and offer a Livestream alternative. The sanctuary of his church is very large and people that are comfortable to attend will be able to use social distancing within the church. To respect the directives of not traveling at this time, we can meet the needs of the majority of you in offering tomorrows services Livestream for all to participate in the celebration of his life in the comfort and safety of your own home. Dads service will begin at 11 AM. You can watch it Livestream two different ways. You can go to the East Heights Methodist Church Facebook page at East Heights UMC OR you can go directly to their website at https://www.ehumc.org and they will be posting the link there on the page directly in the morning. If anything goes wrong technically, they will record the service and we will post it to their YouTube channel later in the day. Dad would certainly get a kick out of these alternate arrangements, but would certainly want all of you to feel safe and comfortable as we celebrate his life. Again, we send you all our love and thank you for joining us in celebrating the amazing man I call my Dad!   In Gods Love and Blessings to you all!   Jennifer Leverich Baker

  1. My sincere condolences to the family. I first met Bob at Bucklin Coffee Club. He had an infectious smile, and I will treasure the laughter we shared over a cup of coffee.

  2. So sorry to hear this news. Bob and I were such good friends in high school. Sharing band and choir classes and lots of good memories. I hadn’t seen him in many years but will still miss his facebook posts.

  3. I will never forget him singing How Great Thou Art at my dad’s funeral. Now he’s singing with the angels. ❤️

  4. Bob was always Bobby Gale to me. He was very important to me and to everyone who knew him. He played a mean trumpet and sang like an angel. You taught me many fun things when I was in jr.high. My live to you , to Bobbie, Mike, And Jennifer. Love always.

  5. My father enjoyed visiting with Mr. Leverich when he taught music at Minneola and during his trips to BTI in Bucklin. My father, as did Mr. Leverich, loved to play the trumpet. Mr. Leverich’s family is in our thoughts and prayers.

  6. Rest Robert, until you hear at dawn, the low, clear reveille of God. Thank you for your service to this nation

  7. My prayers to Bobbi and your daughter and son at this difficult time of loss. Bob was a great man. A superb musician whom I had the privilege of sitting next to in church choir. His thoughts kept me going during difficult times of losing my mom and raising my kids. His laugh was contagious, and his smile always present. His knowledge of music was plentiful. He was a joy to know and it’s been my pleasure to call him my friend!

  8. Such a special person. So very sorry for your loss, Jennifer!!! Much love to you, your mom and entire family! He will be missed by many, many people! ❤️ ❤️
