Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Robert Lara, God Bless your soul. You are remembered as truly having a kind and gentle heart. You were loved by all who knew you. You never had an unkind word for anyone. You blessed my dear friend Diania with a love and peace that many experience only once in a lifetime. You will be dearly missed.
I love you dearly and always will. You kept my mom happy and there’s nothing in this world that means more to me than that. You didn’t deserve this; none of us do. But you are in a better place. A place without suffering, where you can look over us and think about how much of a GREAT impact you had on all of your friends and family that love you dearly. You were a great father, a great friend, and an amazing husband to my mother. You gave her the world and made her the happiest I’ve ever seen her. NOTHING in this world can change that. You will always be loved and remembered until the day I see you again.
Bob was a damn good guy! He was one of the most trustworthy & honorable men that I have ever met in my entire career. I was truly privileged to have known & worked with Bob on the \’Mod Line\’ on several occasions. Bob was also one of the most helpful co-workers seemingly rarely if ever turning down anyone\’s request for his cheerful assistance. Bob, I trust had this same selfless character away from work as well, I\’m sure of it. There was also numerous occasions that I would join Bob and other co-workers for golf after work. I remember once he & I played MacDonald just the 2 of us and I suggested that we play with just a 5-iron and 1 ball. Bob agreed enthusiasticly, thinking of it as a challenge as I had (not many would)! Bob broke 80 and I shot an 82 – and neither of us lost our only ball – as well or better than if we had all of our clubs & extra balls handy. I\’ll never forget that day, thanks Bob. I\’ll miss you Bob, warm up a seat for me, we\’ll be swapping stories before long. Godspeed brother & Rest In Peace
To the family of Bob Lara: I had so much respect for Bob. He was a great mentor and friend. He will be missed by many. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Jim Francisco Rome, Italy
