Krinick, Roberta “Cookie”, 66, of Golden Valley, AZ, left us to be with her parents on Saturday, October 29, 2011. Graveside service 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 3 at the Winfield Veterans Cemetery. Cookie was born in Brooklyn, NY to David and Bertha Lerner on July 4, 1945. She married her best friend and soul mate, Stewart Krinick on March 21, 1964. Shortly after they moved to Connecticut where they raised their family. In 1989 they relocated to Hendersen, NV and then Golden Valley, AZ in 2007. Cookie dedicated her life to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was involved with the Naugatuck Republican Town Committee, PTA, Union City Little League and Lady of the Knights. Survivors: husband, Stewart; daughters, Patti Krinick of Kingman, AZ, Dawn Walsh (Scott) of Naugatuck, CT and Amy Tucker (Terrance) of Derby, KS; grandchildren, Anthony Tucker and Amber Krinick; brother, Gerard Lerner of Whitestone, NY; sisters, Sharon Robbins of Jamica, NY and Andrea Pollack of Bayside, NY. Memorials have been established with Foote School, 50 Loomis Place, New Haven, CT, 06511 and the Joan and Diana Hospice Home, 812 Airway, Kingman, AZ, 86409. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
